Check-in is at 4:00 pm. Departure by 1:00 pm.

There is no smoking anywhere on the property. And sorry, no pets.

We are not licensed to resell alcoholic beverages. Guests may bring their own, but for the safety and comfort of everyone, please drink responsibly.

Waterperry Farm is regarded as a small arcadia—a quiet refuge and romantic getaway. We trust you will help us maintain this standard by honoring our neighbors and the tranquility of our country setting. Loud parties are strictly prohibited. Voices at outdoor gatherings, whether in the garden, around the fire pit, or at poolside carry a great distance. Please be mindful of this, especially after dark. Thank you for your cooperation.

There has never been an incident of either theft or injury on our grounds. That said, we are not to be held responsible for the loss of valuables of any kind, or for guest accidents. Please be cautious when swimming as there is no lifeguard on duty.

The pool, pool house, and tennis and pickleball courts are available from 8am – 9pm. Should guests wish to use these amenities outside of the listed hours for a dinner party or just to linger around the pool, prior owner approval is required.

Guests are responsible for keeping the common areas of swimming pool, pool house and tennis and pickleball courts clear of all leftover food items and guest belongings at the end of each day. Though we do not see bears on the property all that often, they are drawn to the least bit of food, and might decide to crash through our pool house screens to get at your leftover lunch or dinner.  If you would kindly place bagged trash in the outdoor bin next to the grill, it would be much appreciated.

One last note: we would appreciate everyone’s attention in joining our efforts to keep deer out of the garden. There are many gates in our deer-proof fencing.  When you venture in and out of the garden, please be sure to close the gates behind you.
