Guests staying at Waterperry Farm have privileged access to the swimming pool, pool house, tennis and pickleball courts, and the fire pit and fishing pond. Should you wish, a personal garden tour with the owner may be scheduled during your stay. If pre-arranged before your visit, you can enjoy several additional services: a stocked refrigerator when you arrive; a customized wine tour; yoga instruction at the farm; a private tour of Monticello; and your own personal chef.
